GTA 6 radio stations: every host and confirmed song so far

GTA 6 has six confirmed radio stations so far: Flash FM, Cocoteo FM, Back Country Radio, AfroBank FM, The Chamber 106.6 and Dirty South Classics. Rockstar revealed them on October 8, 2026, with real artists as the DJs, including Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey, Morgan Wallen and Burna Boy. Eighteen songs are confirmed, three per station. The full tracklists arrive with the game on November 19.

Official trailer: Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 1, from Rockstar Games on YouTube. The song is Tom Petty’s “Love Is a Long Road.”

What are the GTA 6 radio stations?

Here are the six stations Rockstar has revealed, with their hosts and a few of the confirmed songs.

  • Flash FM (pop): hosted by Robyn and model Alex Consani. Confirmed songs include Charli XCX’s “Good Ones” and MGMT’s “Electric Feel.”
  • Cocoteo FM (Latin): hosted by Bad Bunny, as El Martillo, and RaiNao, as La Gata. Bachata, merengue, dembow and reggaeton, including Bad Bunny’s own “EoO.”
  • Back Country Radio (country): hosted by Morgan Wallen and Lana Del Rey, who plays a DJ called Delta Dawne. Loretta Lynn’s 1967 “Don’t Come Home A-Drinkin'” is on it.
  • AfroBank FM (African music): hosted by Burna Boy with selector Palms Trax.
  • The Chamber 106.6 (metal): hosted by Slayer’s Kerry King and Tom Araya.
  • Dirty South Classics (Southern rap): hosted by Miami rap veterans Trick Daddy and Trina.

Rockstar’s preview clips mix DJ chatter with short bits of each song, so the full playlists are still unknown. There’s also an official companion record, Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, with 34 original tracks, due on launch day.

Is Flash FM the same station from Vice City?

The name is. Flash FM was the pop station in GTA: Vice City in 2002, the 1980s station a lot of people still associate with that game. GTA 6 returns to Vice City, so bringing the name back is a deliberate nod. The music is new, though. This Flash FM plays Charli XCX, not the 80s.

What songs were in the GTA 6 trailers?

  • Trailer 1 (December 2023): Tom Petty’s “Love Is a Long Road,” from 1989. It became one of the most talked-about trailer songs in years.
  • Trailer 2 (May 2025): “Hot Together” by The Pointer Sisters.

Rockstar hasn’t said whether either song plays on an in-game station. Treat any list that puts them on a specific station as a guess until launch.

Why does GTA radio matter so much to people?

This is a Memory Unlocked piece, Pylcrow’s music series about songs that take you somewhere. And GTA radio is one of the strangest music teachers a generation ever had.

Think about how most people met music before streaming. A friend’s older brother. A car stereo. And for millions of teenagers, a car you’d just stolen in a game. You didn’t choose the song. You chose the station, drove, and whatever came on became the soundtrack to that moment. Years later, the song comes on in a supermarket and you’re not in the supermarket. You’re 14, on a pixelated bridge at sunset, running from the police.

That’s why the GTA 6 host list landed the way it did. Lana Del Rey has said she learned Los Angeles roads from playing GTA. Now she’s a voice on the radio for the next generation of kids learning music the same accidental way. That’s the real hook of GTA radio: it’s not a playlist, it’s a time machine you don’t know you’re building yet.

Which GTA 6 station will people actually listen to?

Our guess, and it’s only a guess: Cocoteo FM. Vice City is Rockstar’s Miami, and Latin music is the real sound of Miami. With Bad Bunny hosting, it’s the station that fits the city best. Back Country Radio is the wild card. A Lana Del Rey country show is the kind of strange pairing GTA radio has always done well.

Pylcrow’s take

Vice City will always have a special place for me. V-Rock and Flash FM captured an entire era, and sometimes driving around listening to the music was more entertaining than the missions. For GTA 6, I’m more excited about discovering unexpected songs and ridiculous radio personalities than hearing famous artists. And no, I never turn the radio off. It’s half the experience.
